Who we are
1776 AIO (“1776 AIO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform operated by 1776 Studios, a DBA of 3:16 Roofing and Construction LLC, headquartered at 424 Keller Pkwy, Keller, TX 76248. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information processed through the platform at www.1776aio.com (the “Service”).
The Service is licensed to home service businesses (each, a “Sender” or “Customer Business”) for use in operating their own customer relationships. End consumers whose information is processed through the Service are customers of those Senders, not direct customers of 1776 AIO.
Information we collect
From Sender users (representatives, admins)
- Name, email address, phone number, and role
- Password hash (never the plaintext password) and two-factor authentication state
- Authentication session identifiers and IP addresses
- Records of activity within the platform (jobs created, messages sent, photos uploaded)
From end consumers (the Sender’s customers)
- Name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, as provided by the Sender
- Service history, appointment records, estimates, signed agreements, and project photos
- SMS opt-in and opt-out timestamps and the method of consent capture
- Inbound and outbound message content, sent or received through the platform
- Inbound phone call metadata and, where applicable, call recordings and transcripts (for voice-enabled Senders)
Automatic collection
- Web request logs (URL, IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and rate limiting
- Aggregate, non-PII traffic analytics via Vercel Web Analytics
How we use information
- To provide the Service: enabling Senders to manage their customer relationships, schedule appointments, deliver estimates, and message customers
- To deliver outbound messages (SMS and email) to consumers who have provided prior express consent to the relevant Sender
- To enforce consent and quiet-hours rules at the platform layer
- To authenticate Sender users and detect suspicious activity
- To respond to support inquiries and operate the Service securely
- To comply with applicable law, subpoenas, and lawful government requests
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with the following subprocessors, each contractually bound to use the data solely for the purpose stated:
- Twilio — message transport for SMS and voice (United States)
- Vercel — application hosting and edge runtime (United States)
- Neon — managed Postgres database hosting (United States)
- Resend — transactional email transport when not routed through a Sender’s connected Gmail (United States)
- Anthropic — AI inference for draft generation and call summary features; message content used for inference is not used to train external models
- Google (Workspace + OAuth) — when a Sender connects their Gmail, outbound emails route through their authorized Workspace account
- Groq, OpenAI (planned) — speech-to-text transcription of inbound voice calls for voice-enabled Senders
- JobNimbus, CompanyCam, EagleView, RoofScope, Stripe, QuickBooks Online — third-party integrations Senders may opt to connect for sync of their own customer or project data
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1776 AIO, our Senders, or end consumers.
SMS and TCPA compliance
Outbound text messages are governed by our SMS Messaging Policy. We comply with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Phone numbers collected through this Service are used solely for the messaging program described in the SMS Policy and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Data retention
We retain Sender and consumer data for as long as the Sender maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal, audit, and backup purposes. Senders may request deletion of their data or specific consumer records by contacting us at the email address below.
Location data retention. When a Sender enables location tracking for its representatives, raw device location samples are retained for 90 daysfrom the date of collection and then automatically and irretrievably deleted by a daily background job. Aggregate visit summaries (start time, end time, total duration on site, and the address or job they relate to), once produced, are retained for the life of the account because they form part of the Sender’s business record. Representatives may revoke location consent at any time, which immediately deletes all of their raw location samples and stops further collection.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for database storage, scoped credentials for subprocessor access, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication for Sender users, and audit logging of administrative actions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to maintain reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights:
- If you are a Sender user: contact your admin or 1776 AIO directly.
- If you are an end consumer: contact the Sender whose business you are a customer of, or contact 1776 AIO at the email below and we will route your request to the appropriate Sender.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active Sender accounts by email.
