About this program

1776 AIO is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform operated by 1776 Studios, a DBA of 3:16 Roofing and Construction LLC. The platform sends transactional and informational text messages on behalf of participating home service businesses (each, a “Sender”) to that Sender’s own customers and active sales prospects. The toll-free number used for this program is (866) 401-4679(E.164: +18664014679).

What kinds of messages are sent

Messages are limited to the following categories:

  • Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and reminders
  • Estimate-ready notifications with secure portal links
  • Inspection report and photo delivery
  • Project status updates during active service work
  • Post-completion review requests
  • Payment and receipt confirmations
  • Direct replies to inbound customer text messages

We do not send marketing solicitations to numbers without prior consent. We do not send content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis, loans or debt collection, gambling, high-risk financial services, affiliate marketing, political content, religious solicitation, or pharmaceuticals.

How customers opt in

Every recipient on this program has provided prior express consent to the Sender whose business they are a customer of. Consent is captured through one of four documented channels, each timestamped in the platform with the capture method and the responsible Sender representative:

  1. Verbal consent on a phone call.A Sender representative reads the consent prompt during an initial scheduling call (sample wording: “Is it okay if we text you appointment reminders, estimate links, and inspection photos at this number? You can reply STOP anytime to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.”) and records the opt-in.
  2. Written consent in a signed services agreement.The Sender’s services contract includes an SMS authorization paragraph initialed by the customer before signing.
  3. Inbound “START” reply. Customers who text the toll-free number first are presented with a one-time opt-in confirmation if no prior consent exists; replying START records consent.
  4. Imported legacy consent.Customers migrated from a Sender’s prior CRM where consent was previously documented in customer notes.

Outbound messages to any contact without a recorded consent timestamp are blocked at the application layer; there is no path within the platform for a Sender representative to override this check.

How customers opt out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords (case-insensitive, trailing punctuation tolerated): STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, END, STOPALL. Upon receipt of an opt-out keyword, the platform immediately:

  • Records the opt-out with a timestamp on the customer’s record
  • Blocks all further outbound messaging from any Sender on the platform to that number
  • Sends a confirmation reply: “You have been unsubscribed from 3:16 Roofing messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.”

Recipients may re-subscribe at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or YES. The platform replies with: “You are re-subscribed to 3:16 Roofing messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe anytime.”

Recipients may also opt out at any time by contacting the Sender directly or by contacting 1776 AIO at the address below.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by relationship stage and is non-recurring. A typical residential roofing or construction project generates between 4 and 8 messages over a 2–3 week period (inspection scheduling, estimate delivery, status updates, completion follow-up). We do not run scheduled marketing campaigns.

Quiet hours

Outbound messages are not sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in the recipient’s local time zone. Inbound customer-initiated messages are always accepted.

Carrier disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their MVNO affiliates.

Privacy and data handling

Phone numbers and message content collected through this program are used solely for the messaging program described above and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
